Yoga for Stress, Depression and Anxiety

What is wellbeing? It is defined as "a contented state of being happy, healthy and prosperous". The World Health Organisation defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. So a combination of physical, emotional, social and, most importantly, mental wellbeing is necessary to achieve overall health.

"No health without mental health" is a slogan of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.   Mental health issues such as anxiety and depression are on the rise and there are few resources available to help people.

MyYoga combines psychoeducation (a cognitive behavioural approach) with yoga for effective treatment of stress, depression and anxiety and other mental health issues. We also integrate acupressure into our yoga for mental health programme, for a complete expertly guided,self-treatment programme.
