Suitable for most ages and abilities, this workshop will cover:

  • Yang yoga - The morning consists of learning a dynamic sequence of active, flowing postures that will leave you invigorated and energised, release emotional and physical toxins and build strength and flexibility
  • Yin Yoga - the afternoon learn a sequence of passive, restorative, yin sequences and their corresponding energy meridians (from acupuncture theory of energy meridians) that will nurture and nourish you, releasing tension and stretching the deep connective tissue network to restore vital energy flow and relax you deeply

Learn about the subtle energy meridians of the body and the human energy field and why it is important that we keep this energy moving freely and what gets in the way of this and what causes our energy to become blocked and stagnant.

As well as learning a full 30 min Yang sequence in small, easy to practice bites, you will experience the deeply releasing and nourishing practice of Yin yoga with music and guided relaxation to help you embodying the benefits of yoga practice and energy system work, to effect lasting changes in our nervous and body-mind systems.
