Attendance includes a FREE professionally produced Audio CD of the day's practices!
Suitable for most ages and abilities.
Learn how to make a deep connection to your somatic/unconscious mind and use the power of this mind to be more alive, authentic and successful. Learn how to fully connect to this mind, and meld the somatic mind with the conscious mind/cognitive mind, to develop a state of 'creative consciousiness', whenever you want it.
As well as learning the full practice of coherent breathing, using personal biofeedback devices, you will experience the transforming effects of various somatic and energy practices (drawn from qi gong and akido) that will enable you to remain strong and centred, even in difficult life situations. You will learn how to develop 'witness' consciousness and use the power of the 'generative self' to transform problems and thinking.
- Feel centred, relaxed and at ease with yourself and the world, more of the time
- Tap into your 'creative consciousness' (that is already within you) so that you think clearly, are more creative, have improved memory, develop your intuition, and are more accepting of yourself and others
- Improve your physical health - lower blood pressure, increase HRV/vagal tone, reduce average heart beat rate
The programme will include Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Relaxation.
