MyYoga runs two yoga classes in Stafford: Yoga for Health and Yoga for Depression and Anxiety (there are also 3 or 4 one day yoga workshops running in Stafford during the year). I also run two yoga classes in Cannock - Intermediate Hatha Yoga and Yoga for Health.
Stafford Yoga Classes
Stafford 'Yoga for Health' Class
Experience the bliss of Satyananda yoga combined with deep mindfulness practices and meditation. Ideal for anxiety and stress and leaving you chilled out and energised for the weekend, the class is good for beginners but will also benefit those more experience in Yoga who want to explore a gentle, more mindful practice and deeper meditation techniques (including tantra).
The Stafford Yoga for Health Class is ideal for both beginners and more experienced students and runs on Friday nights from 5:45 pm to 7pm.

'Emotional Wellbeing ' -Yoga for Depression and Anxiety
We are just starting specialist yoga classes in Stafford, yoga for depression and anxiety. The 8 week course - Emotional Wellbeing - begins 5th January 2012 and will run a number of times in Stafford. Classes are subsidised by a Government grant - and will only cost £3 for 90 mins. The course is being run at Oddfellows Hall, Stafford town centre, from 11am to 12.30pm starting 29 Sept 2011. This course is funded by Staffordshire Cares Emotional Wellbeing Fund.

Yoga Classes in Cannock
Hatha Yoga, Intermediate Level Class
Drawing on the practices of Yang flow yoga, Satyananda yoga and integrating yoga philosophy in a very modern way to benefit mind, body and soul. Taking you deeper into both asana and meditative practices. Some prior experience is required for this class.
Mondays: every Monday.

Yoga for Health
Yoga for Health is a new yoga class that starts in Cannock in January. In 60 mins you will experience the bliss of Satyananda yoga combined with deep mindfulness practices and meditation. Ideal for anxiety and stress and leaving you chilled out and energised for the week, the class is good for beginners but will also benefit those more experience in Yoga who want to explore a gentle, more mindful practice and deeper meditation techniques (including tantric meditation).
The Cannock Yoga for Health Class is ideal for both beginners and more experienced students and runs on Monday nights from 8.15 to 9.15pm.

Yoga for Stress, Anxiety and Depression
Stress is a leading cause of anxiety and depression and recently levels of stress have increased significantly. One in five of us will currently be suffering from the symptoms of stress: poor concentration, low motivation, tiredness and depression. In addition, one in four of us are likely to suffer from depression at some point during our lives.

Susan Tupling, MSc, BWY Dip
MyYoga specialises in combining psychotherapy with yoga. Susan Tupling is founder of MyYoga and has been practising yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She is a practicing psychotherapist (in training), and has been teaching yoga and working one to one for over 6 years and is an accredited stress management practitioner (ISMA) as well as a qualified and experienced business and therapeutic coach. Her unique approach to yoga is inspired by her own experience of the power of yoga to change her life in a deep and transforming way.

Susan is skilled at leading mixed level 'inclusive' classes, and her teachings are flavoured with neuro-linguistic programming psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Susan's very popular classes aim to help you cultivate balance and harmony in your life, on and off the yoga mat, so that you feel you haven't just walked out from a yoga class but have had a therapy session too.
She is a Yoga Academy teacher (BWY Accredited School) and has trained with top international yoga teachers, including Simon Low, Tias Little, Julie Goodmasted. She is also a qualified teacher of Yoga Nidra (Satyananda School).
